SP Sepharose(R) - Reference Information
| Use | gel type: Ion exchange filler, strong acid type. Matrix: 6% degree of cross-linking agarose. Particle size: 45-165 μm protein adsorption capacity: 80mg lysozyme/mL medium, 70 mg RNase A. Total ion exchange capacity: 0.18-0.25mmol/mL medium. Maximum flow rate: 300cm/h. Working pH value: 4-13 with high chemical stability, high flow rate, high load, good mechanical properties, can be in situ cleaning, repeated use and other characteristics, non-specific adsorption is low, high recovery rate, it is suitable for industrial scale production, separation and purification of biological macromolecules that can form positive ions in the working range of pH, and is widely used in ion exchange preparation of downstream proteins, nucleic acids and polypeptides in Biopharmaceutics and bioengineering. |
